Our Big Spring Street Branch will reopen and resume normal business hours tomorrow Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

The temporary closure was limited to the Big Spring Street Branch only and occurred after a nearby construction crew accidentally damaged plumbing lines serving the branch. Our team is working quickly to resolve the issue, and the branch will be ready to reopen tomorrow.

We want to assure members that all other MCCU branches, digital banking services, and member support channels remained fully operational throughout the disruption.

Some members may have also received an incorrect phone message indicating the Credit Union was closed. That message was connected to the Big Spring Branch temporary closure and has since been corrected.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to serving you again at our Big Spring location tomorrow!
