This individual assists members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Cross-sells credit union products and services. Ensures that members are aware of electronic services.

Approximately 28 hours per week. Must be available to work branch drive-through teller hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Successful candidates:

  • Have at least six months successful cash handling experience (teller, cashier)
  • Follow established policies and procedures with attention to detail.
  • Are reliable and conscientious in working with others
  • Have a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Are professional in conduct, communication, and appearance
  • Have a High School education or GED

Part Time Financial Services Representative – HEB Branch - Midland, TX

This individual provides a single source for the financial needs of Credit Union members. Successfully participates in the strategic initiatives specific to establishment and development of member clientele in the supermarket branch. Assists members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Cross-sells credit union products and services. Ensures that members are aware of electronic services. To

Must be available to work branch hours: Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Full Time - Vice President Mortgage Servicing – May be located in either Midland, TX or Allen, TX

My Community Credit Union (MCCU) is hiring a Vice President Mortgage Servicing. This position oversees functions related to the administration of mortgage servicing, ensuring that all daily and annual operations responsibilities are met in a timely manner and are in compliance with all regulations and established policy. Department responsibilities include posting regular monthly mortgage payments, disbursing monthly escrow items (Monthly Mortgage and Homeowners insurance), annual escrow analysis and adjustments, answering member inquires, processing mortgage payoffs as appropriate, and processing end of year 1098, tax submissions, and insurance payments.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 5 years’ experience managing mortgage servicing operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Are reliable and conscientious in working with others
  • Have a friendly, outgoing personality

Full Time Financial Services Representative (FSR) – Midkiff Branch, Midland, TX

This individual provides a single source for the financial needs of Credit Union members. Assists members with their financial transactions, including but not limited to: opening and servicing accounts, loan interview, processing and closing, identifying member needs, and placing products and services which meet those needs. Ensures that members are aware of electronic services.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Successful candidates:

  • Have two or more years of customer service experience
  • Have one or more years of financial services experience
  • Follow established policies and procedures with attention to detail.
  • Are reliable and conscientious in working with others
  • Have a friendly, outgoing personality

This individual is responsible for supervision of branch Teller staff. Responsible for end of day and end of month procedures. Assists members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Due to demonstrated knowledge and judgement, is entrusted with prescribed override authority. Cross-sells credit union products and services. Ensures that members are aware of electronic services.

Must be available to work branch drive-through teller hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Successful candidates:

  • Have at least two years’ successful teller experience
  • Have at least one-year successful teller supervisor experience
  • Follow established policies and procedures with attention to detail.
  • Are reliable and conscientious in working with others
  • Have a friendly, outgoing personality
