PT Teller – Main Branch

This individual assists members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Cross-sells credit union products and services. Ensures that members are aware of electronic services.

Approximately 28 hours per week. Must be available to work branch drive-through teller hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Successful candidates:

  • Have at least six months successful cash handling experience (teller, cashier)
  • Follow established policies and procedures with attention to detail.
  • Are reliable and conscientious in working with others
  • Have a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Are professional in conduct, communication, and appearance
  • Have a High School education or GED
  • Have a consistent employment record
  • This position requires manual dexterity, primarily working with the hands and fingers (75% or more). This includes but may not be limited to: key-boarding, writing, and handling money (grasping, turning, sorting, pinching, etc.).
  • Loan Servicing Specialist – Midland

 

Call Center/Operations Support Manager – Big Spring Street Branch

Responsible for the daily operation and personnel management of the Call Centering. Responsible for measurement, tracking and attainment of established performance expectations. Participates in the hiring process for new Call Center staff. Coaches and trains Call Center staff to meet performance expectations. Participates in staff counseling, as necessary. Ensures members and potential members receive prompt, courteous, and accurate service on the phone; explains services, assist members with loan applications and lending questions, sets up new accounts, responds to problems, and directs members' phone calls to the appropriate area. Serves as a resource for escalated telephone calls.

Successful candidates:

  • Have at least 3 years relevant call center management experience.
  • Have a significant level of trust and diplomacy, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
  • Have the ability to work with extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature.
  • Are professional in conduct, communication, and appearance
  • Have a consistent employment record
  • Financial institution experience a plus.

 

Branch Manager – Midland

The Branch Manager is responsible for operations of Credit Union facility, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans. Responsible for the management of all branch staff, branch facilities, and service levels provided at that facility.

Successful candidates:

  • Have at least two years of financial institution branch management experience.
  • Have some college or completion of relevant specialized course of study. At management’s discretion, experience may be substituted.
  • Are able to motivate and influence others (a material part of the job), requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust.
  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Are professional in conduct, communication, and appearance.
  • Have a consistent employment record.
  • This position requires manual dexterity, primarily working with the hands and fingers (75% or more). This includes but may not be limited to keyboarding, writing, and filing.

Full Time Call Center Representative – Big Spring Street Branch - Midland, TX
This individual assists members and potential members with telephone requests. Explains, recommends, and successfully cross-sells appropriate products and services. Ensures that members are aware of electronic services.

Successful candidates:

  • Have at least one year successful customer service experience
  • Follow established policies and procedures with attention to detail
  • Are reliable and conscientious in working with others
  • Have a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Are professional in conduct, communication, and appearance
  • Have a High School education or GED
  • Have a consistent employment record
  • This position requires manual dexterity, primarily working with the hands and fingers (75% or more). This includes but may not be limited to: key-boarding and writing.

This individual provides a single source for the financial needs of Credit Union members. Successfully participates in the strategic initiatives specific to establishment and development of member clientele in the supermarket branch. Assists members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Cross-sells credit union products and services. Ensures that members are aware of electronic services. To

Must be available to work branch hours: Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Full Time - Vice President Mortgage Servicing – May be located in either Midland, TX or Allen, TX

My Community Credit Union (MCCU) is hiring a Vice President Mortgage Servicing. This position oversees functions related to the administration of mortgage servicing, ensuring that all daily and annual operations responsibilities are met in a timely manner and are in compliance with all regulations and established policy. Department responsibilities include posting regular monthly mortgage payments, disbursing monthly escrow items (Monthly Mortgage and Homeowners insurance), annual escrow analysis and adjustments, answering member inquires, processing mortgage payoffs as appropriate, and processing end of year 1098, tax submissions, and insurance payments.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 5 years’ experience managing mortgage servicing operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective administrative skills and experience
  • Detail oriented
