Marketing Manager – Midland
The Marketing Manager is responsible for improving the credit union's competitive position, consistent with its mission, within the markets served; develop objectives, policies, and programs for marketing activities of the credit union; plan, direct, and coordinate the efforts of marketing and sales toward the accomplishment of overall objectives; supply advice and assistance to the senior vice president and other operating units within the organization.
Successful candidates:
- Have at two to five years similar or related experience.
- Have a two-year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program (4) Each year of experience in excess of required five years may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university on a year for year basis
- Can motivate and influence others (a material part of the job), requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust.
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Be professional in conduct, communication, and appearance.
- Have a consistent employment record.
- This position requires manual dexterity, primarily working with the hands and fingers (75% or more). This includes but may not be limited to keyboarding, writing, and filing.
Full Time Call Center Support Representative
This individual assists members and potential members with telephone requests. Explains, recommends, and successfully cross-sells appropriate products and services. Ensures that members are aware of electronic services.
Successful candidates:
- Have at least one year successful customer service experience
- Follow established policies and procedures with attention to detail
- Are reliable and conscientious in working with others
- Have a friendly, outgoing personality
- Are professional in conduct, communication, and appearance
- Have a High School education or GED
- Have a consistent employment record
- This position requires manual dexterity, primarily working with the hands and fingers (75% or more). This includes but may not be limited to: key-boarding and writing.
- This position requires the following visual, hearing, and speaking abilities: Short-range detailed Visual Acuity, Hearing sufficient to communicate effectively, Speak clearly in order to communicate effectively.
Full Time Teller
This individual assists members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Cross-sells credit union products and services. Ensures that members are aware of electronic services.
Approximately 28 hours per week. Must be available to work branch drive-through teller hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Successful candidates:
- Have at least six months successful cash handling experience (teller, cashier)
- Follow established policies and procedures with attention to detail.
- Are reliable and conscientious in working with others
- Have a friendly, outgoing personality
- Are professional in conduct, communication, and appearance
- Have a High School education or GED
- Have a consistent employment record
- This position requires manual dexterity, primarily working with the hands and fingers (75% or more). This includes but may not be limited to: key-boarding, writing, and handling money (grasping, turning, sorting, pinching, etc.).
